Seazen Group launches the Seazen Digital Assets Institute in Hong Kong to transform real estate assets into blockchain tokens, boosting global liquidity and accessibility in the sector.

Seazen Group, one of China’s leading real estate developers, has taken a bold leap into the future of finance by launching the Seazen Digital Assets Institute in Hong Kong. The institute will focus on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, including intellectual property and income streams tied to real estate.
The initiative aims to transform physical assets—such as the iconic Wuyue Plaza shopping centers—into blockchain-tradable digital tokens, a strategy that could redefine liquidity in China’s property sector, especially in the wake of the 2021 debt crisis.
By the end of 2025, Seazen plans to roll out NFT-based real estate products, along with a dedicated digital asset management division. This shift enables real estate investments to be directly operationalized on decentralized platforms, unlocking fractional ownership, instant liquidity, and global accessibility.
This strategic move aligns with the growing convergence between traditional finance and blockchain technology. For the crypto industry, it marks a pivotal opportunity to build emerging financial infrastructure backed by real assets, boosting institutional trust and attracting capital from investors seeking verified and transparent diversification.
