Backed by Anthony Scaramucci and Hivemind Capital, AVAX One aims to raise $550 million to accumulate AVAX tokens, tokenize real-world assets, and position Avalanche as a blockchain market leader.

In a move that marks a turning point in the blockchain ecosystem, AgriFORCE Growing Systems announced it will rebrand as AVAX One, a company exclusively focused on Avalanche (AVAX). The project is backed by Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, and Hivemind Capital, led by Matt Zhang, who are determined to take this initiative to an institutional level.
Specifically, AVAX One plans to raise approximately $550 million with the goal of acquiring large amounts of AVAX while simultaneously tokenizing traditional financial assets (including fintech and insurance) on the Avalanche blockchain. With this strategy, the company seeks to position itself as a key player in the fast-growing real-world asset (RWA) tokenization sector, which is gaining traction across global markets.
Moreover, the plan goes far beyond simple token accumulation: AVAX One aims to build over $700 million in AVAX reserves, positioning itself as the first NASDAQ-listed company with a treasury model 100% dedicated to a specific blockchain. This strategy is reminiscent of MicroStrategy’s Bitcoin play, but in this case centered on Avalanche, which could have a significant impact on demand and token price.
At the same time, the Avalanche Foundation had already expressed its interest in raising up to $1 billion for similar treasury vehicles, reinforcing the idea that AVAX is becoming a strategic asset for institutions seeking diversification and crypto exposure.
The involvement of Scaramucci (well known for his influence on Wall Street and his strong bet on asset digitalization) together with Hivemind’s expertise in blockchain, lends credibility and legitimacy to a project that could reshape the relationship between traditional finance and decentralized technologies.
Ultimately, the launch of AVAX One not only represents a major opportunity for Avalanche to strengthen its position against competitors like Ethereum and Solana, but also sends a clear signal to the market: real-world asset tokenization is no longer a promise, it’s a strategy already underway.
